Asian Palace in Memphis

Got all my favourites..fried taro, fried turnip, cake shrimp stuffed tofu n shrimp n vegetables with crispy rice on a sizzling plate to eat with rice. Took my friends for lunch again today n ordered the Beef brocoli with jalapeno - great taste with a tinge of spiciness. And the Phoneiz Nest - shrimp n vegetables in a basket made from crispy noodles..besides my friend's husband's favourite - Peking Duck..just loved the crispy duck skin with steamed dumpling n oyster sauce!

Authentic Chinese cuisine and excellent dim sum. Some of the best Chinese food anywhere.

We never go out of here without spending $100+, best food ever! It is very traditional, but that is the best part. I would die for the chicken feet. So good, wouldn't go anywhere else, I mean I drive 2 hours to eat this food, I love it.

I was just so happy to find dim sum in Memphis, although I had much better in other cities, this is likely the most authentic Chinese dim sum you can find in Memphis. Excellent location off I240. Lots of parking. reasonable prices.Went there for lunch and I had the house noodles and three dim sum dishes and with 15% tip the total was $30. I ordered a bit too much, could have spend $20 and still satisfied.

food good, however family of 3 Auto 15% tips then discounted.. 1 it is sale tax fraudulent 2 it is thief because you charge 15% on total prince and take discount after all add up .. Tips is something we give base on ur service not forcefully make us give us regardless how suck your service is..

Absolutely the best food ever tasted! Good customer service BUT the establishment needs to be CLEANED...Geeezzz!!! Floors dirty and sticky, lobster tank yuck, behind the counter you get a real eye sore and it makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. The decorative trees by the door have candy paper /trash thrown around them and that's been that way for months! Great chefs, but they need to hire a cleaning service asap!

Looks like a hole in the wall, but the food is incredible.

It's very traditional, so don't be shocked if your fried shrimp comes with the head still on. The dim sum is pretty awesome. Live the dumplings and Chinese broccoli. We didn't like the beef short ribs~ too fatty for our taste, but the sauce was really great. Would like to try they're smoothies next time.

This place has THE best Chinese food. Go here. Don't hesitate. It's amazing!Try the beef Chow Mein, the potstickers, the sticky buns, the hot and sour soup!!

This place is so dirty and smell so bad. Staff is rude act like they don't want to work there and try to finish quick then go home ( think he was owner's son or something) and their food take forever to come out. Personal advice save yourself some time and go to other places.

I have been in this shopping plaza and never saw this place. Enjoyed the Dim Sum experience and would love to do it again.

Best Chinese Restaurant in the mid south. Dim Sum daily.

My wife, and I like this Chinese restaurant more than any other in all of Memphis, they have 2 menus one with all your standard Chinese/American fare, then another with more "off the beaten path" options, and excellent Dim Sum as well. If you order off of the menu for Asians be mindful of the fact that many of these dishes will not be familiar to most people.

My wonton egg drop soup had a long black hair in it when I got home. 😡

They charged the tip in your total without showing you your ticket or letting you know. And you get no service because they're always short staffed.

Maybe the best chineese food in the city. Go for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays. Great!

By far the best in Memphis. I reccomend their entire dim sum menu, specifically: any of their buns steamed or baked, soup dumplings, peking duck, holy cow you should try the shrimp and chive dumplings. Their jalepeno salt tofu is so amazing best on the menu but I still havent had everything...yet

Looking for authentic Cantonese/Hong Kong style Chinese food? This is your spot. Has dim-sum everyday with cart service on Sundays. Also has fresh (live) lobsters and crabs (I highly recommend the "spicy salt crab."

Bad service while the servers the food on my table that I didnt want. The bill went over 100$ unacceptable I didn’t even charge for lobster. The workers give horrible additudes. Such disrespect...

Always can get dim sum any day,not just on a weekend! My favourites,fried turnip cake n fried taro,shrimp stuffed tofu n the sizzling shrimp with vegetables n crispy rice crackers....ordered the peking duck, fried dumpling, kungpao beef, salted shrimp n the lobster in dry garlic sauce...the lobster dish is a bomb! U get the lobster at $8.99 instead of $32.00if yr bill is over $50.00- a very delicious dish for a fantastic price!

Food is always hot and fresh. The employees are so nice and prompt.

Sunday is a great time to visit for delicious DimSum.

I found this while searching for dim sum in Memphis and was pleased with the results. The wait staff was friendly and all prices are listed in English (I've had mystery prices at places in the past). The shumai we got were larger than I expected, the fried taro was fresh, and the BBQ pork buns were delicious. We got everything shown in the picture for $20 and it was perfect for a two person lunch.

Consistently some of the best authentic Chinese food in Memphis! Always remember to ask for both the authentic Chinese menu (in English) as well as the regular menu. Also highly recommended is the dim sum menu, and Branch out and try things you might not otherwise because you will be pleasantly surprised by how delicious they all are!

It is with the most humble of emotions, that I bring myself to writer this review. Context: 15 years ago, I move from exposure on the east coast to a limited Middle of the South. Then, I discovered Asian Palace for Dim Sum. I even exposed my best friend who is a Memphian to the experience and the cuisine. Fast forward, I have been back to Asian Palace for Dim Sum at 11:00 am. After 3 invitations suggesting that I would benefit more from take out rather than the Dim Sum experience, which I prefer, I came in today to take out. Immediately, I was acknowledged as an insignificant customer. I was asked to sit at a table in the corner which was en route to the restrooms. After 10 minutes of being ignored, I chose to leave. Congratulations Asian Palace...you win...I will never return!

Dim sum brunch on Sunday was my first and favorite dim sum experience!!

My husband and I love this chinese restaurant. The price is reasonable and the food is delicious. The customer service is really good. We have gone there so often that we have gotten to know all of the waiters and waitresses. Love the Dim Sum and other dishes like SuFu Duck, Mongolian Beef, Sumi, shrimp ball, shrimp lomen, chinese sausage fried rice etc...

This is my favourite "5 weeks this month so extra cash" place to go. Delicious and abundant. The dim sum is to die for.
